Natalie Criswell | Associate
As an Associate at The Anthony Financial Group, Natalie Criswell assists individuals and businesses with accounting, tax preparation, and financial reporting services. She works with clients to support accurate financial recordkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable tax requirements. Natalie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration through the University of Mobile, further developing her knowledge of business operations and financial management. Her work supports the firm’s commitment to dependable service, professionalism, and client care.
Matthew Fonseca, Jr., B.S. | Firm Manager
As Firm Manager of The Anthony Financial Group, Matthew Fonseca oversees daily operations, client service coordination, and professional staff. He focuses on operational efficiency, supporting client engagements, and maintaining the firm’s commitment to accuracy, accountability, and responsive service. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Spring Hill College, where he also completed a minor in Theological Studies. He is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting through Louisiana State University Shreveport. His approach emphasizes organizational leadership, continuous improvement, and responsible financial stewardship.
